Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@pacemakerclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

If your package never arrives, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Change of Mind

Our products are made to order. Outside the European Union, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size selection. Sizing charts for every item appear in the product description, and we recommend checking them before ordering.

If you believe an item was mislabelled, that is covered above as an incorrect item. Contact us with photographs and we will put it right.

European Union: Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason and without penalty. This right applies in addition to everything above and overrides any restriction stated above.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you nominate, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several shipments, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

How to withdraw. You may use any of the following:

• The "Withdraw from contract here" button, available on every page of our store. You do not need an account or to log in.
• The model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, completed and sent to us.
• Any other clear statement of your decision, sent to info@pacemakerclub.com.

To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Confirmation. When you submit a withdrawal request through the withdrawal function, we will email you confirmation of receipt without undue delay, recording the content of your request and the date and time it was submitted.

Returning the goods. Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. Return them to:

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service, as proof of dispatch allows us to refund you sooner.

We may, at our discretion, tell you not to return an item and refund you anyway. If we do, you are welcome to keep it.

Condition of the goods. You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any reduction in their value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds. We will refund all payments you made to us, including the standard delivery cost you paid when placing your order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back, or after you supply evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. This does not include the cost of returning the goods to us, which you pay directly to your chosen carrier and which is not reimbursed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and carry no fee.

Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we will refund the standard delivery cost.

Exceptions to the EU Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
• Gift cards, where applicable under local law

Choosing a size or colour from our catalogue does not make an item personalised and does not affect your right of withdrawal. If a product is not clearly listed above, please assume the right of withdrawal applies.
